Ruta 40 Witbier 5% 20ibu
Amber hazy color with a thin head.
Sour aroma with notes of coriander, orange peel, wheat and yeast.
Flavor with notes of orange and lemon drops, yeast, coriander and ginger. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Flavorful and faithful to style Wit. Somewhat on the yeasty side. Sour nose did not reflect in the mouth.
