We sent our amber base beer to orbit around the "Solera System" in oak barrels for just over a year.
We docked them for blending and dry hopped them with some of the finest hops in the galaxy.
The mutual gravitation between liquid & hops was undeniable. The result is one beautiful & complex, spaced out beer.
