On tap in Ecrins. White head with lace. Cloudy straw yellow. Active carbonation.
Earthy, grassy, floral hops. Zesty. Bready, biscuity. Crisp and clean. This is a well made pils. Very enjoyable.
Unsure of why they call it Pilsner Ale?
