A golden rye IPA. New Zealand, Nelson Sauvin hop & Southern Cross hops create this multifaceted IPA. Well-balanced by the addition of local rye malts from Valley Malt. Finishes quite dry with a low bitterness. Named for the Swift River, that was dammed to form the Quabbin Reservoir.
