An unfiltered wheat beer with a hint of citrus, coriander and spices. Brewed with Belgian yeast that provides the quintessential banana, spicy, dry finish. Gilbertville was a company town. Mule spinning was an integral part of the Gilbert Company’s textile manufacturing.
