Lost Towns Brewing fully embraces the commitment to local! Our brewer and some good brewery friends visited a local fir tree farm and harvested beautiful green fir tips last spring. After a short rest in the deep freeze, we have brewed a slightly malty ale, featuring grain from Valley Malt in Holyoke, MA, to showcase the tips fantastic dank piney flavor. They are balanced with a local hop Pepite, from Four Star Farms, adding terrific tropical fruit and melon notes. A true local terroir experience in a glass!
