Sampler pour.
Hazy but not necessarily cloudy blonde body with a creamy cap of 1 finger. Lots of lace sticks to the glass.
Aroma of clove and floral notes, some Bavarian influence, slight sweetness and graininess.
Flavor is more clove-forward than I'd prefer, slight honey, 2-row base malt, more floral, slight perfume, and very very slight banana sweetness. No bubble gum or other fruity esters that I look for in this style.
Feel is crisp yet still somewhat creamy, and has a dry chalky finish.
Overall not one for the record books but it's easy and simple. More like a Witbier than a Hefe, but whatevs.
