Hazy golden color with a fluffy white head of 1/2 finger. Leaves some lacing on the glass.
Aroma is nearly non-existent but does bring a hint of wheat malt and slight chalk. If I use my imagination I can conjure up clove but that's only because I know I'm sniffing a Wit.
Flavor is over-hopped, brings way more plant matter and herbal elements than is required, and follows up with chalk, wheat dust, and very very slight white pepper.
Feel is crisp but clinging, almost performs like an IPA, and is not creamy nor is it refreshing, it really does nothing for the palate at all.
Overall this beer is not a good style example and is very bland and weak. With no clove or yeast character, it drinks like a dusty pale wheat ale which means stylistically it's a miss. This was one of the better beers I have had from this brewery.
