draught-
Clear, light amber color. Slightly sweet, floral/herbal smell, with a base of very light caramelized malts. Slight, off-dry maibock like flavors, a bit honeyed, with a background of floral hops. A good honey like malt finish, like a maibock. Overall though, a bit thin.

Taster glass
Deep blonde, slight white head, sticks around a bit before fading off.
Nose takes a little effort, but with agitation I can get some clove, dusty grain, and slight pepper.
Flavor brings a little clove and maybe slight phenol, but after that it's quite bland, bringing some basic wheat flavor and a touch of clove and herbal hop.
Feel is crisp and smooth and seems it should be clean based on the profile but isn't. Perhaps that's their "Belgian" approach?
This beer was poor. I was expecting a Tripel or even a Belgian IPA or Pattersbier and I got some sort of light beer with clove notes and bland wheat. For 6.7% it should not taste like a 3% table beer. Hard pass next time.
