Color is amber-gold, with a tall creamy head.
Aroma is slight sweaty jungle fruits with hints of grain, papaya, and hints of ethanol.
Pithy orange starts this with hints of grapefruit, ethanol, caramel malt, spicy rye, and harsh pine. Lingering notes of grapefruit pith and ethanol.
Feel is medium-plus, with scrubbing hop action and ethanol dryness.
Overall this beer comes across pretty rough and dry. It can be enjoyed, but the palate scrubbing is immense and the ethanol is very apparent. It could be cleaned up a bit to help it along.
