64 oz Growler into White Elm willie beecher.
Somewhat transparent nutty brown fiery chestnut color with tinges of amber, and a creamy half finger of head.
Some dark bakers cacao on the nose, with hints of the milk chocolate variety as well; hints of general fruitiness but more specifically apples and fig; stiff caramel malt and slight grassiness.
Flavor fades in and out but brings hints of cacao and molasses; dry grain dust, grass, some apple, with a sharp piney hop bite.
Feel is thin and slick, with a substantial alcohol stab, mild to moderate carbonation, and a drying finish.
Overall not a head turner, but it stays down.
