This beer pours a clear hay color with a nice creamy head and generous lacing.
The aromas are faint but are of cracker and dusty grain.
Flavor brings out some sharp hop bite at first, which then calms down, and leaves on a slight bready note. Lingering notes of hop leaf.
Feel is crisp and clean, refreshing, slight starchiness on the finish.
Overall, a hoppy dry pilsner and one of the better beers at the brewery. Still a bit of work needed to balance and re-focus the beer.
