Hazy color with a creamy head
Aromas of wet grass and grapefruit, some Cascade and Pacifica hops maybe
Flavors are green and grassy, no fruit or sweetness really, this is a very cut and dry basic IPA but more mild.
Feel is semi creamy, moderate carbonation, mild warming alcohol, has a good coating on the finish
Overall this is more of a softer version of a West Coast IPA, with the heavy handed piney grassy hops and whatnot. No juice gettin' loose here. Nothing I've tried in South Dakota has come close though, if that's any consolation, so kinda par for the course for the area.
