Deep purple with a pink head.
Aromas of oak whiskey barrel, blackberry syrup, dark tannic berries, and slight honey.
Flavor is complex and gorgeous. Hints of maple syrup among boysenberry and blackberry, whiskey, apple cider vinegar notes, and awesome oak saturated in the beer.
Feel is as it should be for a sour - clinging, dry, tannic.
Overall, an incredible local beer. Wow.
