6 oz pour at brewery.
Pours a pale honey colored hazy body with a creamy loosely knit head of 1/2 finger.
Aroma is like a wet garden. Berries/rhubarb, a little earth, a little mud.
Flavor is the purest rhubarb I have EVER tasted in a beer. It is earthy, it is wild, it is plant-like. Pure rhubarb with a backdrop of sour berliner weiss.
Feel is crisp, slightly starchy, with no alcohol heat and some big acidity.
Overall another impressive ale from Covert. The natural rhubarb is bonkers on this one.
