Pours a wonderful electric purple with a thin fingernail of head.
Aroma is vanilla custard, with earthy blueberry and acidulated malt.
Flavor is more vinegar-forward, with some slightly muddled sour and tart blueberry jam, and a very faint hint of marshmallow on the finish.
Feel clings a bit, but it drinks pretty smooth. Mild to moderate carbonation, no heat.
Overall an okay sour, one I thought would be awesome but fell quite short of that. The heart and soul is here, the execution just did not translate. Maybe they'll give it a second whack and improve on it a bit. I'd personally like to taste muffin mix and fresh blueberries. That would be stellar.
