6 oz pour at covert.
Hazy blonde, slightly juicy, fingernail of bone white head.
Aroma is funky fruit rolled into a biscuit-cracker. A hint of apricot marmalade, and some strawberry preserves. Interesting.
Flavor brings not quite cooked doughy dough, apricot jam, peanut butter/strawberry Uncrustables, and a hint of basil. It's definitely interesting, is definitely sour despite its fruited ale moniker, and performs pretty well. It's a little on the weird side but is definitely not bad. Sour apricot is the most dominant fruit. Finish of peanut butter.
Feel is not acidic like most sours, and has more of a blonde ale approach. Alcohol heat is present but manageable, and is heavily carbonated and hurts the belly when ingested.
Overall a decent performer, not my favorite of the night, but it's still one you should check out. Apricot-Strawberry-Peanut Butter. That's all you need to know.

Covert Artisan Bacano Fruited Sour, 6.6% ABV. Pours hazy orange with a ring of bubbles that left no lacing. Nose is pineapple and graham. Taste is pineapple, graham, vanilla/marshmallow, slightly sweet, moderate to strong tartness. Decent mouthfeel, overall very good.
