Spontaneously fermented unblended ale aged in rye barrels.
In Fate’s Hands is an unblended spontaneous ale, with moderate acidity and notes of stone fruits. All of the flavors are 100% nature created, and create something we’re calling Methode Modern. Traditional lambic style ales are done using a turbid mash technique; however, we used our typical mash process, which we use for our saisons and wild ales.
