Poured into a Nonic.
Pours a white-peach grey-gold. Murky. Very little head as expected.
Aromas of berry and tea, with a hint of stone fruit. Solid acidity on the nose. Almost malic.
The flavors follow the nose with a little unexpected acid punch, but not overly so. Vague berry and tea. A little watered-down on the flavor.
The brew is medium light bodied and easy drinking. The acidity is really rewarding here.
A very drinkable refreshing brew, but a little light on the flavor.
