Tap pour at the downtown taproom. Side pull fill. Served chilled in a dimpled glass with handle.
Dark brown colored body. Light tan head. Leaves behind short strings of lacing.
Aroma of lager yeast and roasted malt.
Taste is dark bread, caramel, chocolate, and tangy lager yeast. Baked dark bread persists in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Smooth and crisp at the same time. Good carbonation.
Really expresses the dark bread, and has some overall sweetness. Sip and savor.
