A stark contrast to our Trop Queen IPA, this beer illustrates the other end of the IPA spectrum as it is brewed in a West Coast style. It is filled with grapefruit and pine notes from heavy additions of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Cascade hops. A simple grain bill allows the hops and lingering bitterness to shine through.
