Pours a translucent yellow with a finger of white foam. Aroma is bread, crackery, wafery malts, spicy and grassy hops and German zesty yeast. Flavor profile is wafers, crackers, bread, and grassy and spicy hops. Some mild clove towards the end. Mouth feel starts of prickly and sharp, but finishes crisp. It has a medium-thin consistency. Overall, a clean kolsch with a sharp bite at the start.
