Pours a hazy gold with a slowly receding white head. Scent is a very familiar Hefe scent, yeast, cloves, banana are all there. Taste is mostly yeast,and some spice but not much on cloves or banana surprisingly and overall mellow. Mouthful is very even, medium carbonation, and finishes slightly dry with a faint Hefe aftertaste.
I picked up these on sale for $4.99 for a 4pk/16oz cans, I consider these to be a steal at that price. This is not nearly as good as the top HefeWeizens brewed, but is still a good beer with all the classic taste, and at this price, recommended.
