Poured from 500mL can into my Bierwerk Züri glass. Best by 1/12/27.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a clear body, a light effervescence, and a thick head of pillowy ivory foam.
Smell: sweet, almost bordering on cloying, with a hint of cider and an almost rye-like spiciness. It's not my favorite, but for the style you could do worse.
Taste: not as bad as it could be, which is about the most glowing review I can give of the style. Almost sticky sweet, with some booziness, some spiciness, and ... yeah. It's not actively bad, which again, for the style, puts it ahead of the crowd.
Mouthfeel: there's some body here but the carbonation is kinda low and overall the creaminess is merely okay.
Overall: eh. Better than most I've had in the style, but let's face it, this is European malt liquor. It definitely outpaces the American stuff, but I do not personally want to drink much more of it.

Review: Can of Feldschlösschen Stark Strong Pale Lager 7%ABV
Can comes in a very shiny greyish colour that also highlights that this lager is 7% ABV. in case you were in any doubt.
Pours a clear dark golden colour with a fair white head that settles quick, no real lacing shown.
A faint aroma of malt, bread, and mild sweetness.
The taste is the strong point of this beer. Very sweet, very smooth, very drinkable at 7% it is a strong lager and tastes like it too.
The flavour is malt, bread and a mild hoppy bitterness which lingers well. This is a beer that is good for a session. Strong, goes down well and does the job.

Got it from Swiss, can, 0,33l
A - Darker pale from malt, white foam, two finger lasting minute. Nice medium carbonation.
S - Mostly Caramalt. Strong alcohol.
T/M - Above average strong lager. Again, i really do not like this style, but this one is correct taste. Sweet notes in the mouth.
O - Decent.

Appearance pours a light copper with very little head retention the can would lead you to believe that this is the "malt liquor" of the swiss alps.
Aroma- sickeningly sweet , honey, hay, frathouse carpet
taste- it is what it is. It drinks like a mildly flat cider sweet with a slightly bitter after taste. Some honey some graininess but mostly sweet.
Mouthfeel- I think i have beer that tasted worse but none that had a worse mouth feel. its as if the co2 ran out on a keg of old english. no fizz slick and sticky coating the tongue with a mild alcohol warmth. coming from belgian where they can cleverly disguise a 7 % beer. This Stark wears it on its sleeve .
Overall- among friends, and if i was studying abroad, and broke, and i didn't like swiss wine, and i was in the region of switzerland .... i may drink this beer.... once. to catch a buzz. since I am not, well i would prefer to have the Feldschlosschen Bugel.
Cheers

This is a worse beer to drink....only if you have been three weeks in the desert you will like this one! Poured in my Struise glass this beer looks bad. Coppergoldenyellow fluid with small particles floating in the beer. The head is gone in seconds.

500ml can served in a tulip glass.
A: Pours a yellow to orange clear color. Gold like. Forms a big bubbled white head with good retention and many lacings left in the glass
S: Sweet. Strong notes of honey and caramel malts. Notes of white bread and bready Lager yeasts. A bit metallic with light notes of aroma hops
T: Sweet upfront. Notes of sweet grains, honey, caramel, caramel malts. Earthy and bready yeasts. End is hoppy bitter. Light bitterness
M: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Sweet honey, mild bitter aftertaste
O: Medium drinkability. Perhaps the Feldschlösschen that I've ever had, which doesnt mean a good beer, anyway
