Appearance: Pours a deep copperish amber color with golden hues. An off-white foam head that disappears quickly. Medium to high carbonation.
Aroma: Caramel malts and ripe dark fruit. Some slight hoppiness.
Taste: Mildly hoppy bitterness up front, bready, biscuity, and caramel malts in the middle. Subtle dark fruit in the end. Hop bitterness last all the way through. Finishes clean and dry.
Overall: This is a solid Belgian ale.
