Very old school.beer. reminds me of the beers that the old 80s and 90s brewpubs were still serving when I first started exploring beer. Super malty by modern standards and a very generic hop note. But pleasant enough.
Dark amber, almost brown and fairly murky with a decent white head.
Nose is muted and malty with a touch of earthy hop
Taste follows with a good balance of caramel malt and generic hop bitterness.
Very full bodied, yet remarkabley clean.
