Established in 2018, the Walking Beam Brewing Co., brought small batch craft brewed beer to Bridgeport, Texas. In honoring energy miners and working toward a perfect balance of great beer and food, we placed "Walking Beam" front and center in our name. The "Walking Beam" is balanced in the saddle posts of an oil rig most commonly know as a "Pump Jack". This large arm and familiar horse-like head can be seen throughout Texas slowly dipping up and down to extract crude oil.
