Appearance - Pours a hazy straw gold with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, floral, and spicy hops, coriander, citrus, pepper, bready malts, and earthy spicy yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, floral, and spicy hops upfront. The coriander is present but is quite mild compared to the aroma. The citrus, pepper follow suit. The brew is finised off by the bready malts and earthy spicy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes sticky with the coriander, pepper, and other elements lingering.
Overall - An agreeable brew that started off on the right foot. I just feel some of the elements just needed more predominance in the taste to make it more true to the style.
