On tap at Randolph Beer DUMBO, Brooklyn, NY.
Pours a slightly cloudy straw color with a hint of sunset orange. Carbonation is visible while a moderate foam head retains well. It yields sudsy rings of lacing.
Aromas emit notes of noble hops spices, grassy, floral and with a touch of citrus. The malt aromas evoke notes of lightly toasted bread, biscuit and cracker.
A bready and dry cracker malt base provides clean flavors and a modest sweetness. It is well spiced and hopped with crisp peppery yeast and moderately assertive hops bitterness. Hops flavors include notes of verbena, grass, earth and lemon.
Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. The carbonation is lively and the finish is clean, crisp and dry.
Solid Pilsner. Well balanced, easy drinking and refreshing. I would have again.
