This is a nice brown ale with a bit more of a kick than most brown ales. I had the on tap at The Blacksmith in downtown Jackson, TN. It was poured into an English pint. Rich brown color with good head and excellent lacing. Toasted malt smell and taste. Nutty with molasses and a bit of toffee. Earthy and a nice feel. It went well with our food and I had two. Good memories of Jackson, still decorated for Christmas!
