750 mL bottle. Murky deep red. No head. Smells of plums, basement yeast funk, dried grass, and oak. Tastes of strong lambic flavors and plums. A touch sweet, like a young lambic, with a strong oaky back end. Totally flat. Medium body. It's really nice. Dominated by the lambic, but I have no problem with that. Could use a little carbonation, though.
