Nice carbonation. Smell bready, complex taste consisting of lemon, thyme, bitterness. Light body.

Pint on draft in a shaker at the Moose in Falmouth, Maine.

Appearance: Clear straw with a short white head. Looks like a beer ass beer.

Aroma: Has a clean nose with some floral hops and cut grass. Pretty light on the nose but pleasant.

Taste: Very tasty clean, crisp pils. Had the kind of floral character you’d expect from the style.

Mouthfeel: Light and easy without sacrificing flavor.

Overall: Very nice pilsner. Great with pub food.

Sample at the NH Brewfest in Portsmouth 10/14/23.
Lightly chill hazed light gold color with a small but well received white head. Bready crackery malt fruity earthy spice.

Pours clear golden color with a half inch of foam that vanishes and leaves a whole lotta nothing. Unremarkable.

The smell is bready and very lightly sweet. There's floral, herbaceous, slightly peppery hop aroma.

The flavor is OK. It ticks the pilsner boxes well enough, but it's quite a bit more pronounced on the bitterness than expected. Bready malts, very slightly sweet, floral aromatics give way to a peppery spice on the finish that lingers.

Feel is not as crisp as I'd like and it is undercarbonated. The spiciness accumulates and is a bit much - distracting and annoying.

It's mainly OK. I'll often judge a brewery by this style or an equally "simple" style, and it's not making me want to run back and explore more of their offerings. Pretty much a ho-hum here.
