IPA - Cold
A very simple hop flavor: Earthy pine, dry wheat and subtle stone fruit, and white pepper zest.
Not usually a big fan of the Cryo style, but cold ferment definitely brings the crisp and clean effect!. Balance of crisp malt and subtle hops is nice.

Draft: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of malt notes with some citrusy hops notes and light bitter notes. Taste is also a mix of malt notes with some citrusy hops notes and some bitter notes in the aftertaste. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed IPA with a good flavor profile.
