Our Italian-style Pilsner is light and crisp, making it a great choice to pair with food. Our unique take on the classic recipe combines Italian heritage Pilsner malts with German Noble hops for a deliciously drinkable, snappy Pilsner that finishes clean and slightly dry.

Can into Nucleated Pilsner
Look: Pours a clear golden-yellow, with just shy of a fizzy 1 finger head which very quickly dissipated into a thin ring with sheeting. Lots of fine effervescence
Smell: Lightly toasted malt, almost doughy. Very light hint of citrus and grassy hops. Overall good, but weak smell here
Taste: Light malt upfront here and center with a light mingling of lemon zest but its very faint. Dry. There is a good touch of grassy, vegetally hops which is pleasant with a very light touch of bitterness. Finish has a great soft malt note which lingers. Clean taste, but bland
Feel: Medium body, with a crisp mouthfeel. Moderate-high carbonation. Dry, slightly bitter aftertaste
Overall: One of my favorite pilsners to date. Clean, crisp and crushable with a respectable abv
