The final product started as a saison brewed in July of 2019 using 100% Riverbend Malt. We aged the beer with our house mixed-culture blend in an Appalachian Cabernet Franc barrel for over a year & decided it was ready for fruit just in time for the Miami mango season. The beer was rested in stainless on 3/lbs per gallon of hand-processed organic Kent mangos for several months to ensure maximum tropical fruit flavor. It tastes of bright mangos with a little funk & lots of golden sunshine.
