This one is dear and dear to our hearts & inspired by our home: central Florida. We created a unique wort using the finest 2 row pilsner malt and loads of malted sunflower seeds along with raw hulled sunflower kernels. After fermenting with our house blend IPA yeast we added over two lbs per gallon of hand-picked fresh Florida peaches from a local farm, and finished with a double dry hop of Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic cryo. The result is an IPA that is incomparable to others & we're calling it a Central Florida-style hazy. Creamsicles, fresh citrus zest, and a bite of sun-warmed peach.
