Absent of cloying sweetness, this unfiltered lager is probably better enjoyed cold on a hot sunny day, than slightly warm at the airport after missing a flight because of Balkan incompetence. Even in that context, it's very drinkable, subtle and balanced, with slight yeastiness.

Schooner keg in Dubrovnik Beer Factory, Dubrovnik (38kn):
Light golden, clear & slightly bubbly body with a white & thin, soapy surface lacing. It's a very light nose, some corn & a subtle sweetness but it could've been stronger - there's some citrus & a little hay too though. The taste is incredibly weak, some light sweetness & slightly floral flavours but there's not a lot to it. The body is medium, lightly carbonated & smooth but basic really - just not strong or memorable enough.

0.5l draft at the brewery
L: Straw colored, clear as water. The slightest of heads upon pouring, completely fading away.
S: A fresh hit of malt grain, a touch of light caramel and a bit of salt and sour. Some spicy and floral hop aroma in the background.
T: A slightly sweet malt flavor, with a moderate amount of balancing hop bitterness and flavor. Overall, not too complex.
F: Medium bodied, somewhat astringent, with a prickly feel from the carbonation.
O: A decent, if not outstanding European lager. Good for a refreshing drink after a morning of travel.
