This is a "kettle sour Berliner Weiss" brewed with 200kg of peaches.
It has a cloudy, apricot colored body with a thin head that soon reduces to a thin ring.
The aroma is peach jam.
The delicious flavor is more complex and mildly tart but still dominated by peaches.
Overall: excellent!
