Unfiltered DIPA brewed with raw wheat, malted + unmalted oats with citra in the whirlpool + two phases of dry hopping.
Notes of champagne mango, bergamot, finger lime + chive blossom. A hint of sweetness balanced with a seville orange peel + pear skin bitterness. Roll can + pour cold.
Canned February 2019

Semi-clear, light gold colored body; lots of lively carbonation; dense and creamy white head, frothy and long lasting. Somewhat odd veggie aroma initially; some faint citrus with fresh cut orange coming through after a while. Bread-like malt flavor; excellent hop bitterness for balance; some alcohol presence. Heavy body; dense and somewhat creamy; a bit of boozy dryness.
A nice double IPA, malty, boozy and ballsy, all with some approachable qualities to make for a wide appeal to most IPA lovers.

Can. Pours a mid-to-mild cloudiness. Small head dies off. Aroma is some sweet hops and a bit of onion. Some marmalade. Flavor is sweet and hoppy but there is a lingering burn of alcohol. I just think the booze could be hidden a bit better. It isn't searing but it's a little too apparent. Aside form that it's a pretty ho-hum offering. I bet I would have liked this more 5-7 years ago.

Hazy gold with a nice head, notes of melons, papaya, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, orange citrus, lime, lemon, peach, berry, mild hint of malt, with floral earthy herbal dank pine. Medium bodied, smooth. Really nice Citra hopped DIPA.
