Museum Dose is a botanical sour ale with strawberries, sarsaparilla and birch. It's a celebration of Spring, an homage to nineteenth-century soda fountains, and a total trip.

Birch beer's renowned wintergreen aromatics leap out of the can. A pillowy root beer float note coats the tongue followed by a dose of vanilla and strawberry ice cream. It finishes dry and minty with a sarsaparilla tannin bite and a soft, yogurt-hued acidity.

Brewed with pilsner malt, raw wheat, flaked and malted oats. Double dry hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra.

Thinking this one should be re-named "toothpaste rimjob."

Honestly feels I'm getting like getting trolled here as I can't find a single desirable characteristic in the beer but maybe I'm just not hip enough. Is free thought always a good thing? Probably not in this case.

Quite the unique brew - looks like a hazy IPA, smells like toothpaste? Or root beer and citrus? Strong peppermint taste on the tongue, cut by a citrusy sour backbone, root beer, herbal, a very weird (but not bad!) beer. Worth trying, but couldn’t drink a lot of these.
