Look:
Pours out a nice dark amber/golden color with a thick off white head that quickly dissipates into a thin layer of bubbles in the middle of the beer; a good ring of h bubbles is formed around the glass with the occasional suds rising up to the top.
Smell:
Mild citrus fruit zest, lemon and grapefruit followed by some dark earthy tones like dirt, wheat and cloves.
taste:
Mild grapefruit and lemon zest, cloves and medium bitterness on the corners of the mouth; semi-sweet as you swallow with a semi sweet aftertaste accompanied by some mild phenols.
Feel:
Medium to light bodied IPA, smooth and semi dry.
Overall:
Not a bad IPA overall, a bit mild in flavor, but well worth a try!
