A: Pours with a slight haze, a golden/orange color. With a two finger white head the forms, and light lace left behind.
S: Citrus, pine resin, and a light berry aroma. Its that kind of hybrid between old school west coast hops and newer varieties. Which I like.
T: Follows the nose, with the citrus, pine, and berry flavors. A bit more sweetness in the middle, and a lingering bitterness.
M/O: A medium body with good carbonation. Finishes smooth and dry. A nice IPA that I can come back to when in the mood.
Another simple and straight forward example. Which I like a lot. Well done, and another beer I would easily drink again from Astral.
