Cósmico is a double hazy IPA brewed and dry-hopped with Galaxy and Mosaic. As you would expect, this beer is overflowing with tropical character as well as some earthy/ripe fruit notes from Galaxy.

L: flawless for a hazy IPA, but I actually like to be able to see a little translucence at the very edge. That foreshadows better taste IME.
S: Doesn’t jump out, but what is there is just fine for the style. This should’ve been an indicator of the next one.
T: most boring hazy IPA ever and what made me come write this review. No complexity and nothing jumps out.
F: Not bad but could be a little heavier for the style.
O: Not sure why I’m so disappointed. I guess hazy IPAs are usually reliable for a great taste excursion, and it misses that by miles. I was also surprised to see it scored at 4.03 when I checked it. Someone needed to check the enthusiasm for it.

Serving: 16 oz can ("canned on 8/17/20") poured into a Spiegelau beer tulip glass.
Appearance: Fully hazy flat yellow with a good head of frothy white foam, and thin but sticky lace.
Smell: Passion fruit, tangerines, stone fruit.
Taste: More tropical fruit, grapefruit, earth and spicy hops. Juicy, but with good bitter bite.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, creamy feel and moderate carbonation.
Overall: Nice tropical and citrus notes, but with a healthy bitterness to remind it’s and IPA.
