Pours a very clear yellow color with a thin foamy head. Retention is mild. Lacing is good. Biscuit maltiness on the aroma and taste with some grassy hops more on the taste. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

A: Pours a pale yellow color, with a chilled haze that clears up as this warms. A small white head rises, and light lace is left behind.
S: Simple and too the point. Grassy hops, and biscuit like malts. Its all up front, and nothing else really develops.
T: Like the nose, grassy hops and biscuit like malts. There is a more earthy bitterness lingering, but that fades quickly Enjoyable, if overly simplistic.
M/O: A medium body, that is crisp, clean and dry. Can't ask for much more. Easy to drink, I can come back to this while at the brewery.
Not the most complex or engaging Pilsner I have had. Though clean and enjoyable for the most part. I"m always a champion of less is more, but saying that, a little more nuance would help this a lot. Still, not a bad Pilsner at all, just not among one of my personal local favorites.
