Beer in the style of American Amber Ale, with malt-caramel base complemented with citrus accents of American hops, enriched with a surprising composition. Pleasant sweet-fruity bouquet of aromas is given by a blend of rooibos (rooibos) with the addition of raspberries, sand-bladder and marigold flowers. We made our fuss with rooibos in cooperation with the Tea Shop Fanaberia from Katowice.
Ingredients: Malt (barley: light, Munich, caramel), hops (Simcoe, Citra, Chinook, Amarillo), yeast (US-05), mix of rooibos.
