This is a Wild Ale with peaches. Aged for three months in wood foeders.
A: Pours with a bright hazed yellow color. A one finger white head forms with plenty of lace left behind.
S: Fresh, fleshy fruits up front. Juicy peaches are bursting here. Simple, but very nice.
T: Like the nose, up front is sweet and fresh peaches. Fruity and juicy with peach skins and pithy zest. This becomes tart and slightly acidic as this warms. Very nice.
M/O: A medium body that is a bit chewy. Though good carbonation. This is very refreshing and easy to drink. Especially on a hot Houston afternoon. I can come back to this easily.
A nice fruited wild ale that has a bit more depth than the typical fruited kettle sours that are all the rage right now. The fruit character is really fresh, with a great tart and acidic bite to balance the sweetness. Well done.
