This beer is part of an interesting brewing experiment in Houston that shares yeast amongst local breweries to make different beers. The idea emerged from the hurricane Harvey crisis and part of the profits go to relevant charities.
True Anomaly chose to make a cherry sour. Not usually a fruit beer person, but this is a great one. An explosion of tart cherry smell and taste. Hints of pepper and lime. Excellent!
