Go Flight fuels up with healthy hop-additions in the boil, throughout the whirlpool, and on two separate occasions in the fermenter. A Hazy IPA through and through with loads of soft and juicy tropical fruit flavors contributed from the Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy hops. SPACE(!) | Flight Controllers within Mission Control provide a Go/No Go decision, known as a launch status check, before significant events. If all factors are good, each controller calls for a Go. The sum of these clearances result in a Go for Flight!

Look: Opaque, with a very yellow-amber hue. An egg shell colored head dissipates to a thin cap fairly quickly. Moderate carbonation can be seen from the outside of the glass. There is a fair amount of lacing on the glass through the tasting.
Smell: Immediately I sense tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, and hop leaf with perhaps the tiniest hint of passion fruit. There’s also white pepper and some yeast. Nothing surprising for a hazy ipa, but this is acceptably enjoyable.
Taste: That white pepper note definitely is present on the palate. This is quite resiny in the mouth. The aroma does carry through, but with a good deal more hop oiliness than expected. It’s quite peppery, but it has a balanced sweetness and a medium-dry finish. The flavors present in the nose become more prominent as the beer warms. I wouldn’t call this one dimensional, but it’s not mind blowing either.
Feel: I like IPAs with this mouthfeel. Quite viscous but still has enough carbonation to keep the whole thing from being cloying and syrupy. If it weren't this carbonated, the beer would definitely collapse on itself. Quite an easy sipper with a lovely texture.
Overall: I don't find myself captivated by this one, but this beer is kind of a perfect representation of what the city of Houston is. A great example of the style that is executed like a classic French omelet. Not extremely interesting, but it’s pretty solid as far as NEIPAs produced outside of NE go.

Milky gold pour, a splochty blast of little foam formations. Nose is subtle tropical hint of alcohol.
Taste brings juicy mango, slap of pineapple, sweet citrus, creamy oats, light malt, apricot. Finish sees a little ABV dancing with pineapple and tangerine.

This is a decent beer, with a nice golden/apricot coloring. The smell is similar to the look - orange juice, apricot, and maybe tangerine. This is not bitter, nor too citrusy, but rather a solid stone fruit taste. This will not turn off those who like a hazy IPA with a sweeter flavor profile.
The mouthfeel was a bit thin for me, and the finish was "meh." However, this is a solid tasting beer that won't burn you out with the citrus/hops flavoring nor will the ABV overwhelm you. Solid.

I had this beer on-tap in a stemless tulip at the brewery in Houston.
Appearance: yellow golden hue with plenty of haze and a frothy ivory head leaving a good lace on the glass.
Smell: a nice combination of citrus and tropical. There’s a bit of sweetness, and while it’s not necessarily super juicy, I like it.
Taste: flavor profile very similar to aroma - citrus and tropical but not super strong. Bitterness is maybe a little on the high side for the style, but overall it’s still quite tasty.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: a solid hazy IPA. I have my quibbles around the bitterness, but otherwise a tasty beer indeed.

Enjoyed this one. 16 oz can.
Nice, fruity and light. Has very citrusy aromas, almost smells like orange juice. Nice and smooth, heady citrus and tropical fruit notes. Has a solid, almost syrupy mouthfeel.

Great beer not overpowering hops. If you like the taste of hops and a smooth finish this is a great brew.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is good. Lacing is very good. Has an earthy grapefruit-like aroma. Maybe some apricot thrown in. Earthy taste that is somewhat juicy. Citrus and apricot. There is some bitterness at the end. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Decent beer.

Pretty good. Bought a single cause I’ve never had anything from this Brewery. They need to date the cans.
