Serving: 750 ml bottle, picked up at the brewery on 15-May-20, poured into a Spiegelau beer tulip glass.
Appearance: Slightly hazy, golden amber with a tall frothy head of bubbly white foam and streaky lace.
Smell: Refreshing aroma of orchard fruit, vinegar, gentle malt, slight funk.
Taste: Brightly tart with lemon juice, lactic acid, and Anjou pear. Light and clean malty body along with slight funk pleasant earthy minerality.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body, crisp and lively carbonation.
Overall: Bright, refreshing and very drinkable with just enough funk and earthy complexity. Perfect for the rising summer heat in Houston.
