Cryonaut
True Anomaly Brewing Co

This beer is named after an astronaut drinking a Cold IPA, or a Cryonaut as we refer to them here at True Anomaly. We lighten the body of this IPA with rice and then ferment it with a true lager yeast and dry hop during fermentation to create a light, crushable, but still bitter and aromatic IPA. Centennial, Citra and Amarillo are used, and yes... we also used some Cryo hops in this, as the name would suggest.
